Q: When should I begin placing orders with Cooper Graves Industrial?
A: Effective June 1, 2026, all new orders for LumberKote®, BaseKote®, Fusion®, LumberKleen ®, and Xtract ® should be placed directly with Cooper Graves Industrial.
Q: Has the product changed?
A: No. Product formulations, quality standards, and performance expectations remain unchanged.
Q: Are the product names changing?
A: No. LumberKote®, BaseKote®, Fusion®, LumberKleen ®, and Xtract ® will continue to be offered under the same product names.
Q: Will technical support continue to be available?
A: Yes. Technical support and customer assistance will continue uninterrupted throughout the transition.
Q: Where wil products ship from?
A: Orders will ship from Memphis, Tennessee rather than Huntsville, Alabama.
Q: Do Maverick dealers need to create a new account
or reapply to buy products?
A: No. Existing customer relationships are being transitioned to Cooper Graves
Industrial to make the process as seamless as possible.
Q: Why am I seeing Cooper Graves Industrial or CGI instead of Maverick Sealants?
A: Effective June 1, 2026, Cooper Graves Industrial, LLC has acquired and assumed stewardship of the LumberKote®, BaseKote®, Fusion®, LumberKleen ®, and Xtract ® product lines. As a result, future communications, invoices, order confirmations, and shipping documentation will reflect Cooper Graves Industrial (CGI) rather than Maverick Sealants.
Q: What if I have an order currently in process?
A: If you have questions regarding an existing order, please contact Cooper Graves Industrial directly. We are working closely with Maverick Sealants to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of service. transition.
