Cooper Graves Industrial, LLC was established in 2026 to continue the manufacturing, distribution, and growth of the trusted product lines formerly brought to market by Maverick Sealants USA and, before that, Watson Seal.
While Cooper Graves Industrial is a new company, the experience behind it is anything but new.
Founders Rosie Graves and Clint Cooper bring nearly two decades of hands-on experience in structural repair, waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, and building protection through their first company, Redeemers Structural Solutions (Redeemers Group, Inc). Their team has worked directly with thousands of homeowners and commercial property owners, helping protect and preserve some of their most valuable investments.
For the past five years, Redeemers Structural Solutions was recognized as Maverick Sealants USA’s leading certified dealer for Lumberkote application within crawlspace repair systems. That experience provided a unique understanding of the products, their performance in real-world conditions, and the needs of both contractors and property owners.
In May 2026, Cooper Graves Industrial acquired the rights, manufacturing relationships, and distribution responsibilities associated with these proven product lines, ensuring that contractors, dealers, and customers would continue to receive the products they know and trust.
